It is critical that we have your actual street address (and a sketch map if you are out of town) as couriers are unable to deliver to a Post Office box. Consignments in excess of 5kg will be quoted based on weight and despatched with Toll Ipec, Startrack or Tamex. Warranty Every product sold by us carries a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty.  In addition, when you make any purchase from  borepumps.com.au  you are covered by our own 30 day money back guarantee.   If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item that we have supplied, simply return it for a refund.   Please note that items must be unused, in the original packaging and that freight costs are not refundable. Items supplied on special order, assembled bore kits or indent, are not returnable and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
